Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Renuo app. By creating an account or using Renuo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

Renuo lets you record your professional certifications and their expiration dates and sends reminders you configure. Renuo is a personal organizational tool — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official record of any certification body (such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, or CompTIA).

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Renuo.

3. Reminders are best-effort

Renuo aims to remind you before your certifications expire, but reminders depend on factors outside our control — device settings, notification permissions, network and email delivery. You are solely responsible for renewing your certifications on time. Renuo is not liable for a missed renewal or any consequence of one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not to:

• attempt to access other users' data;
• probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• use the app to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Renuo app, its name, and its design are owned by us. The certification data you enter remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renuo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed certification renewal, loss of data, or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Renuo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
